The QA Engineer at Reach Financial is responsible for implementing new tests, maintain existing test code, and refactor existing test code for front-end and back-end applications across various products. The ideal candidate has the ability to function in an agile software development lifecycle and will thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive and team-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and dev leads to prepare appropriate testing approaches.
• Analyze, discuss and clarify test requirements with product and development teams
• Manage test environments and setup/maintain test datasets
• Configure and maintain test management suites using TestRail, Xray or similar
• Evaluate where and how to increase/improve automation test coverage

Requirements:

• 3-5+ year of experience designing and executing manual, automated, end-to-end integration tests in API-driven applications
• Automation expertise using popular tools and frameworks such as RestAssured, Cucumber, Selenide or similar
• Experience in setting up API tests for REST APIs and Web Services
• Strong Java skills
• Experience in testing microservices backend
• Ability to learn and understand new features, and work with business analysts and product folks to understand new requirements
• Experience within an agile environment
• Comfortable switching between multiple project contexts
• English level : intermidiate +

Not required, but would be a plus if:

• Experience with AWS, Docker preferred
• Experience with Kafka, Redis preferred
• Experience with Jenkins
• Fintech Industry experience preferred
