• Sourcing candidates by using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, AmazingHiring, etc) and search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search and more)
• Reviewing and screening CVs according to vacancy requirements;
• Working closely with Recruiters by participating in daily sync-ups to discuss recruitment priorities, share with new ideas/improvements on how to find the best talents
• Working with ATS to manage and track all candidate interactions on a daily basis
• Job market research
