Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Redux;
Ability to design a maintainable complex system from scratch;
Experience with google material design, material UI react components;
Understanding the difference between REST and RPC, what are hateoas, openapi, jsonapi;
Understanding RTA. Web-sockets, polling, server-side events
Great desire to make design decisions and be responsible for that;
Familiarity with security principles (owasp);

A no code platform as a service to automate & optimize Talent Acquisition processes. The idea is to bring a single UI to FE-users, that gathers information/tooling from different data-sources/software.
Currently, we are setting up a core team of who will work on the 1st phase of the project consisting of 2 BE, 2 FE, 1 QA, and Scrum Master. The product owner, development coordinator and BA are on the client side.
