Excellent spoken and good written English
1+ years experience in technical support
Know how to track issues and reproduce bugs
Experience with JIRA or any other bug tracking tools
Be able to relay information to both technical and non-technical users
Able and eager to participate in setting up Customer Support processes from scratch
