Необхідні навички

— Main requirement — willingness to support people and solve their issues;
— Windows ecosystem: Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/NPS/Group Policy experience;
— Microsoft cloud services: Exchange, SharePoint;
— Strong experience in networking (802.1x, RADIUS, VLANs, firewalls, NAT, routing, VPN, WiFi, RANCID);
— Experience in monitoring systems (Zabbix, Sensu, ...);
— Experience with virtualization (VMWare, ESXi configuration);
— Good knowledge in troubleshooting, configuring linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS);
— Good knowledge of PowerShell/bash scripting;
— Server/network maintenance experience: cabling, installation;
— Experience with AWS;
— Spoken English is a must;

Буде плюсом

— Experience in configuring SCCM, WDS, MDT, workstations deployments;
— Knowledge of configuration management tools, CI, git;
— Apple ecosystem management knowledge.
