2+ years of similar experience in IT companies;

Provide human resources services such as talent acquisition = recruitment (for the start it will be main responsibility), employment processing, health and welfare benefits, training and development
Recruit Java, .NET, QAs, Python professionals
Conduct induction for newcomers, facilitate HR processes according to the Company procedures
Manage internal client expectations by communicating search status and issues; resolve concerns; prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
Organize internal events (corporate parties, meet ups, tech talks), take part in conferences
