General Role Description

Head of HR is the leading business role in our company. The Head of HR reports directly into the Delivery Center Director and is part of the Local Leadership team

The Head of HR is responsible for:

  • Operationalizing our strategy;
  • Delivering sustainable Talent Team results.

Responsibilities in more detail

  • Define a local strategy together with your Local Leadership colleagues
  • Live the Levi9 culture and be a role model for your people
  • Support learning culture and represent values of the company at all levels
  • Building, transforming and scaling HR function in Ukraine
  • Responsible for department budget
  • Managing HR team of 15+ ppl in Kyiv and Lviv
  • Development and implementation of the recruitment strategy
  • Manage the team’s daily activity, targets, weekly and monthly goals
  • Act as a point of escalation on both operational and strategic matters
  • Implementing and supporting company culture and retention strategy

Roles in direct supervision: Recruiting Leads, HRBP specialists, HR Analyst, L&D specialist


  • 5+ years of experience in IT sector including experience on managerial role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability and willingness to take the initiative and accept accountability
  • Focused on working together to achieve goals pushed by the Levi9 values: Transparent, Result driven, Pro-active, Loyal and Fun
  • Enjoys informal and open culture where proactive behavior is appreciated and stimulated
  • Recruitment experience will be a plus;
  • International professional certifications will be a plus.
