Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining the company’s HR brand
- Creating the company’s PR strategy, developing a plan for conducting PR campaigns to attract employees
- Event-management
- Organization and support of projects for informing employees (newsletters, reviews, brochures of corporate publications), maintaining company accounts in social networks
- Interaction with the social media
- Internal workflow and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- HR experience in an IT company will be a plus
- Article writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- At least Upper Intermediate level of English
- Organizational skills, creativity
