Our company is growing and the HR team is expanding as well. Now we are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to implement a variety of HR programs in the team.
— have 2+ years of work experience as HR Generalist or similar position;
— know all possible talent acquisition & candidate sourcing techniques;
— keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends, as well as IT industry in general;
— have excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English (at least intermediate level).
— sourcing the candidates in order to attract, engage and hire the best IT specialists;
— participating in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting job interviews, maintaining DB of candidates;
— managing onboarding, adaptation and employee promotion processes;
— assisting in PR recruiting processes for HR Brand development.
