Head of Growth Marketing (вакансия неактивна)


Letyshops is a young team of ambitious and creative people. We grew up from a startup to the leaders of the CIS market in the category “cashback”. Now the goal is to become number 1 in the world :)

We are at the stage of active growth and have run into the need for regional scaling. We already have a product that delivers value, there is an understanding of the target audience in the local market, there are some distribution channels, but how to build a scalable business model in other regions is a great challenge.

We have already made a full Soft Launch in Spain and Germany, checked their business models and now are at the active scaling stage. And here you can help us!

We expect you to have:

— enthusiasm, obvious desire, ability to learn and willingness to experiment;
— excellent understanding the specifics of acquisition channels in e-commerce;
— in-depth knowledge of CPA marketing;
— understanding the basics of marketing/product analytics and statistics;
— team mentoring experience;
— experience in managing the advertising budgets of $ 1M and more;
— fluent English.

Will be an advantage:

— understanding the principles of applying ML for the advertising automation tools;
— background in contextual advertising, FB, influence marketing;
— product development experience;
— deep knowledge of product/marketing analytics;
— experience in media buying;
— working experience in cross-functional teams.

Job duties:

— form and test hypotheses on the growth of the advertising channels: YouTube, FB, Google Adwords, in-App, SearchAds, Affiliate, etc.;
— generate and test hypotheses on the development of programmatic advertising buying;
— collaborate with designers, developers and creative team;
— follow the latest trends and test new approaches in driving traffic;
— communicate with advertising partners and coordinate their work;
— motivate the team to achieve cool results.
