Let’s Enhance is a global, fully remote, and fast-growing product startup. We specialize in Computer Vision and building artificial intelligence tools to automate image processing at scale.

Let’s Enhance is supported by Techstars, Nvidia, Google for Startups and was twice rated as the top product on Product Hunt. More than 5M people worldwide use our products and our API automates image enhancement for Fortune 500 companies.

In 2021, we raised a $3 million seed round to realize our mission of helping businesses effectively create and deliver visual experiences with next-gen AI content tools.

We are 30+ people, located in 6+ countries and speaking 7+ languages.

As we grow, we are looking for a superstar Sales Lead to manage our global sales team.

We want someone who is willing to learn more about AI, simplify the complex, and is experienced in leading both inbound and outbound activities through all means of communication. You will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and managing a team of Account Executives and SDRs across enterprise and mid-market sales.

We expect you to:

  • Take ownership of all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Assist in the development of the sales plan, prepare forecasts and KPI reports for the founders.
  • Build process and funnel for manual top-down reach-out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Evangelize the product and personally help in closing the largest deals.
  • Work collaboratively across teams including Product and Marketing, Customer Care, ML and Engineering.
  • Manage Sales Ops activities, be responsible for providing full visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Establish and foster relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

You’re a perfect candidate if you have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience including management of SDR, AE functions and tracking record of exceeding quota.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, experience in coaching others on them.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team scaling skills.
  • Startup mindset, sense of “good enough” solutions for specific problems and when to take shortcuts.
