• Four-year of proven experience working as a UI/UX Designer (at least)
• Knowledge of digital trends and modern UI design approaches
• Knowledge of UI/UX guidelines for different platforms (Web, iOS, Android apps)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as InVision, Adobe xD, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Balsamiq
• Deep knowledge of human interaction design and UX principles
• Experience in working in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Awareness of popular Web and Mobile apps
• Ability to work independently
• Deep understanding of core design fundamentals (color theory, grid systems, typography, composition, motion and interactivity)

• Create and maintain the design of Web and Mobile Apps user interfaces guided by an explicit understanding between designs for various operating systems and devices
• Communicate with client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business needs, focus groups and their day-to-day tasks
• Conduct Gap analysis in the existing system that is a subject for re-designing and identifying the main drivers of the change (if that’s the case)
• Study Client domain and existing competitors on the market
• Develop a powerful branding strategy for the client and create a style guide (if necessary)
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images (if that’s a requirement)
• Design project information architecture; plan, mockup and prototype interactions
• Work closely with the Development Team on the design options and discuss the complexity and viability of implementation approach
• Prepare and discuss with client stakeholders different design options to find the optimal solution in terms of cost and value of implementation
• Take part in the documentation design (specifications, use cases, process flows, wireframe map, mindmap/sitemap)
• Work on final visualization represented by concepts, guides, and UI-prototypes
• Prepare and hold a presentation showing the results of work to all relevant stakeholders
• Provide full support to the Development Team after design transfer into development
• Collaborate with other Designers, Software Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners, QA Engineers, Marketers to design applications
• Participate in pre-sale activities (calls, conversations, personal meetings) with the sales manager
