• Analyze business needs and design solutions in terms of the overall architecture, data models, workflows, user interfaces, features & functionality, and quality
• Working with different techniques of business analysis — process model and structure models, user interface prototypes, usage scenarios, etc.
• Advise programmers and testers during product development (in some cases, test it yourself), discuss controversial points with the customer
• Help do sprint planning and release planning
• Keep track of the latest industry trends and best practice in various business domains and technologies

The customer had an idea to develop a full-stack solution for live broadcasting of everything that happens behind the scenes of sports events. In the course of this cooperation, Leobit created a product that offers simultaneous broadcasting to multiple targets, media team management, interaction with fans, viewer engagement, and other functions. This solution allows fans to peek into the life of their favourite sports team with the help of a smartphone and Internet access.
The broadcaster application developed by Leobit’s team is intended for football teams, leagues, and other corporate customers that want to perform live streaming. It also allows streaming video not only to the native module of the customer company, but also to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and any other platforms that accept video streaming.
After the successful releases of the broadcaster and iOS module, the customer with the help of Leobit decided to develop an app module for Android. For scalability, our team migrated all infrastructure to AWS and Wowza streaming platform.
This live sports streaming application gives unique capabilities for broadcasters and viewers. It also provides a broad functionality including streaming, chats, and polls which can be adapted to the needs of a client.
