— Proven working experience in commercial software engineering
— Solid programming experience in C & C++
— Solid experience with Git source control, GNU ARM Embedded toolchains, cross-build, Makefiles, linker scripts, configuration, etc
— Linux experience with command line tools and scripts (Bash)
— Solid background in how to develop fast, reliable and optimal code within limited hardware resources
— Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets ARM Cotrex M0/M4
— Ability to analyze existing source code, prepare and implement solutions for optimization and improvement
— Hardware and peripheral knowledge for NXP, STM32 and nRF chips
— Feel comfortable with study and use different commercial and open-source third-party code and tools
— Hands-on experience with JTAG/SWD
— Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team
— Upper-intermediate level of English (write and conversational)

— Understand architecture for USB/BLE/ANT+/NFC stacks (experience is preferred)
— RTOS experience
— NRF SDK experience
— Experience with SPI/I2C/Easy DMA would all be very good!
