We are looking for an Intermediate Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Location — Lviv
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or similar roles within custom software development, IT services, or AI / digital transformation domains (at least)
- Proven track record of generating qualified outbound leads and consistently achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at Director and C-level
- Solid research and analytical skills to identify relevant prospects and craft personalized outreach messaging
- Experience positioning custom development services, ideally with exposure to AI-driven solutions or digital transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, Clay, and other outreach or enrichment platforms
- Practical use of AI tools in day-to-day sales workflows (prospecting, personalization, analysis, etc.)
- High level of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least) or higher
Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify outbound lead responses, guiding prospects toward booking discovery calls
- Conduct consistent and structured follow-ups across multiple touchpoints to maintain engagement
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead data, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility
- Monitor and maintain the health of LinkedIn accounts (activity, limits, engagement quality)
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Outbound to identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and test new outreach approaches
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email
- Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies through A/B testing, sequencing, and segmentation
- Use tools such as Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Clay (or similar) to identify decision-makers, enrich contact data, and detect buying signals
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements
