Software Solutions Architect/AI Enablement Lead

Leobit is looking for a senior architect-level specialist with a strong software engineering background and practical experience in applying AI in business and delivery environments.

This role focuses on helping the company use AI in real, measurable ways: improving how teams deliver software, introducing AI-enabled engineering practices, automating internal and client business processes, and strengthening our position in pre-sales.

The person in this role will work across delivery, engineering, and business development. They will help development teams use AI tools effectively, design AI-enabled delivery processes, train both internal and client teams, and shape solution proposals that combine solid software architecture with modern AI capabilities.

We expect strong hands-on experience in software architecture and development, a solid understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLM-based and agentic solutions, and the ability to turn these technologies into practical business results. Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and client communication is important.

Requirements:

• Strong background in software architecture and enterprise software development
• Practical experience with Azure and modern cloud-based solution design
• Good knowledge of AI-enabled software delivery practices and developer productivity tools
• Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and workflow automation
• Understanding of AI use cases in software engineering, internal business operations, and client solutions
• Experience designing AI-powered applications, copilots, assistants, or business process automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with popular AI frameworks and platforms such as Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, and vector databases
• Familiarity with Python for AI prototyping and integration scenarios
• Understanding of model evaluation, observability, guardrails, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices
• Experience in pre-sales, discovery, workshops, solution estimation, and client communication
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple and practical way

Responsibilities:

• Design and drive the adoption of AI-enabled software delivery practices across engineering teams
• Define and implement scalable software architecture solutions incorporating modern AI technologies
• Support development teams in effectively using AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered applications, including copilots, assistants, and workflow automation solutions
• Apply LLM-based, agentic AI, and RAG approaches to solve real business and engineering challenges
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and business development teams to integrate AI into internal processes and client solutions
• Develop and promote best practices for AI usage, including prompt engineering, orchestration, and model integration
• Conduct internal trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI technologies and tools
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client discovery, solution design, estimations, and technical presentations
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design AI-enabled business process automation solutions for internal and client use cases
• Ensure implementation of responsible AI practices, including security, privacy, observability, and model evaluation
• Prototype and validate AI solutions using modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for AI adoption and deliver measurable business value
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their practical adoption within the organization
