Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong self-organization and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and active listening abilities
• Results-oriented and responsible in completing tasks
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to learn quickly and understand different business areas
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, or similar
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business and user requirements under guidance
• Perform basic competitor research to understand similar features in competitors’ products
• Create functional requirements following provided templates and project standards
• Participate in requirements review sessions with the development team
• Assist in creating requirements documentation
• Participate in discussions related to new feature designs and user flows
• Assist in preparing meeting notes for key meetings
