Leobit is looking for a motivated Business Development Director to lead our Business Development team.

Requirements:
- Five year working experience in IT outsourcing/product development companies
- At least two years of working experience in management positions
- Experience with B2B sales on US and EU markets
- Previous experience in the role of Client Partner/Engagement Manager/Product Manager (would be a plus)
- Experience with WBS, RFP, MSA, SOW, Quotes, and Proposals
- Strong managerial and sales profile, lead-gen orientation, strong analytical skills
- Account development experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Exceptional emotional intelligence
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle
- Good understanding of outsourcing models
- General understanding of web development
- Good understanding of Sales funnels
- Experience of setting up & developing new sales channels is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, economics, international relations or similar
- Level of English: Advanced
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning & execution of sales activities to achieve the revenue & growth corporate goals
- Regular reporting to CEO on relevant market trends and advising on strategic corporate decisions as related to the business development area
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing proposals on how to develop them
- Leading and mentoring a team of 6
- Supervision & improvement of sales funnels’ performance through market analysis, competitor analysis, knowledge sharing, and process improvement
- Overview & management of the engagement process, including documentation, technical project estimates & sales quotes/proposals
- Building and maintenance of long-term relationships with customers
- Personal involvement for success high-priority/enterprise deals closing
- Lead sales department to meet company ambitious KPIs (Revenue, EBIT, CSAT)
