Responsibilities:
- Working with the existing opportunities to cover them into deals
- Executing all stages of engagement, from initial request to signed contract
- Building relationships with prospects
- Preparation of sales presentations, proposals, sales quotes (with collaboration of Head of Sales and Delivery team)
- Presentation of commercial propositions and lead the negotiation
- Preparation of legal documentation (NDA, MSA, SOW), negotiation, signature
- Possessing at least advanced level of written and verbal English
- Occasional generation of new opportunities (optional)
- Developing and implementing creative ideas
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a sales/engagement manager in a similar role working with the USA and EU markets
- Ability to cover end-to-end sales process (from lead generation to contract signature)
- Hands on experience with creation of presentations for prospects, proposals, sales quotes, etc.
- Hands on experience with contracts (NDA, MSA, SOW) — highly preferred
- A good understanding of the software/ IT development industry
- Having deep knowledge of best practices in working on pre-sales activities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional emotional intelligence
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Ability to work under minimal guidance & supervision, proactiveness
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, economics, international relations or similar
- Level of English: Advanced or higher (written and oral)
