Обязанности

• Define & execute QA department strategy
• Lead internal community of QA professionals
• Take active part in set of internal CoE services (Consulting, Technical assessment, Technical Interview, Pre-sale activities, ISO certification)
• Lead Competence Management activities for QA
• Hands-on participation in strategic projects (QA process setup)
• Support certification activities for internal QA engineers
• Identify training needs for QA team and drive execution
• Monitor & control QA execution on the projects, identify and timely mitigate risks
• Conduct QA process audit and assist in improvements implementation
• Mentor QA leaders and drive knowledge sharing sessions between technical teams
• Take active part in company-wide Delivery Excellence processes
• Establish and operate a comprehensive framework for QA metrics gathering
• Research and spread new QA trends (techniques, tools, approaches)
• Spread QA mindset across teams and organization
