• Five-year working experience in testing web/mobile applications
• At least two years of proven experience in leading QA teams
• Deep understanding of Scrum / Kanban SDLC process
• Excellent knowledge of Fundamental Test Process and QA Responsibilities
• Strong practical experience with Requirements analysis/clarification
• Strong experience in Test Scope definition and Test Planning
• Deep understanding of Web/API/Mobile/API testing specifics
• Strong practical experience in Release/Continuous Delivery activities
• Excellent skills in test preparation (using TDT techniques) and test execution
• Strong knowledge of database data structures and relationships, SQL scripting
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Strong “customer-focus” vision and sense of urgency
• Strong data and root cause analysis skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• Level of English: Upper-intermediate or higher

• Automation experience in Performance/Load/API/Web sockets testing

• Establish and own efficient Test Process on the project
• Implement Test Strategy to ensure the best product quality (with existing risks, limitations and constraints)
• Identify Resources for necessary Test Coverage
• Plan, Estimate, Schedule and Prioritize Testing Scope (functional, non-functional, regression) for delivery chunk (sprint/release)
• Identify and manage product quality risks (when assigned)
• Analyze and validate requirements (specifications, acceptance criteria, etc.)
• Work with Product Owner on requirements’ elicitation/clarification
• Resolve requirement/design blockers for development team
• Conduct requirements brainstorming sessions with development team
• Control Testing Progress following project priorities
• Ensure visibility, traceability, and progress of testing for stakeholders
• Manage Change Requests and client feedback
• Perform Peer Reviews of Test Deliverables
• Perform Risk-based and Ad hoc testing of implemented functionality
• Validate & Triage Defects with project stakeholders
• Define and coordinate UAT process for stakeholders
• Manage and coordinate QA activities in scope of Release Preparation
• Prepare Test Summary Reports and Release Notes
• Establish Metrics gathering on the project and analyze trends
• Perform Quality Analysis and share with stakeholders
• Drive and own continuous Test Process Improvement
• Analyze customer issue trends and help to resolve production issues
• Coordinate Designers work and provide feedback
