• At least six months of proven experience in recruiting or sourcing
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Level of English: Intermediate strong (higher level will be a plus)
