Hi there!

First, we wanted to suggest you join our fantastic five. Then we remembered there are actually 7 of us: 5 talented sales representatives (as yourself) and 2 sales leaders. And then we recalled that there is also a creative SDR works with us, so it is actually a team of 8! Omg, we grow so fast.. 🤗

We paid $2.7 million to our freelancers in 2020, $6.8 million in 2021, and last year the result was $ 10.8 million. Does this sound exciting? All of this is thanks to our sales, marketing & talent acquisition teams!

This year our goal at lemon.io is to match 1001 developers with their dream remote projects from the US or Europe.

Do you want to join the challenge?

For that, we would like you to:

-Have a black belt in communications,
-Be fluent in English,
-Have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales,
-Good understanding of SDLC.
But most important is for you to actually enjoy sales process 😍

We are looking for result-oriented candidates driven by the wish to help startups find a great developer.
We are waiting for your application, if you feel like you can:

-Drive the prospects from lead to close,
-Clearly articulate and demonstrate lemon.io value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects,
-Handle prospect’s objections and drive the deal to a win-win,
-Cultivate long-term relationships with the leads and customers (whether they buy immediately or not),
-Say “no” to prospects in a friendly manner when there is no fit,
-Maintain weekly sales forecast while achieving and exceeding an annual sales quota,
-Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment,
-Contribute to the sales team strategy development.

Our setup implies using: Hubspot, Jiminny, Slack, G-Suite, Notion, Zoom, OpenPhone, ReplyIO.
