— You’ll work alongside two product managers, project manager and engineers. Together, you’ll be responsible for what Lemon.io’s products look like and the logic behind them.

2022 GOAL: BECOME THE MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME FOR 1000 ENGINEERS
— You will design an end-to-end user experience for our products;
— You will make sure that our products and features are easy to use;
— You will contribute to the decision-making process on what we should build next for our users;
— You will partner up with product managers, and engineers to improve the existing user journey;
Few examples of your first projects:
— Rework interfaces of our internal CRM to enable the talent acquisition team to work faster and more conveniently.
— Onboarding experience for developers who join the platform.
— Redesign of our platform for clients.

— You are great at prototyping and designing web/mobile interfaces (we prefer Figma);
— You have a portfolio that you can share with us;
— You have experience with Material UI (preferably) or other design systems;
— You have experience conducting user research and user testing;
— You prefer to create interfaces that are simple, yet allow users to achieve their goals;
— You are able to explain the “why” behind your UI/UX decisions;
— You are great with time estimates, and meeting your own deadlines (we won’t micro-manage you);
— English level not lower than B1 (our internal documentation and products are in English);
