My name is Inna, I am Recruiting Lead at lemon.io. Last year our business grew x3 times, and the team — x2. Our objective was to become an unstoppable machine, and we feel like we succeeded. This year one of our goals is to engage more foreign developers to lemon.io and make sure that we help 1000 developers to find their dream project!
We already have a wonderful team of recruiters and sourcers. There are 8 of us and now we are looking for you, a Middle Recruiter, to join the Recruiting Team and make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.
How it works? Lemon.io is a marketplace of vetted developers. Our recruiting team works with developers who want to join the platform to find some really cool startups and become freelancers. We receive the primary candidates flow through advertising, or our CEO’s Twitter readers, so there will be a minimum of active search in your work. Your task is to make a screening call to check communication skills and tell more about our business model, check developer’s English and discuss the background, then send them on a technical interview, perform some online onboarding tasks, and the best part: watch your candidates start their first freelance project with lemon.io!
This position is not only about hiring. After successful onboarding, you will also mentor part of the team, search and hire technical interviewers and work on processes improvements and quality control.
