My name is Yana, I am HR Generalist at lemon.io. This year our business grew x3 times and the team — x2. Our Objective was to become an unstoppable machine and we feel like we succeeded. And as we are not planning to stop, we need our team to grow professionally:) That’s why we are looking for you, the first Recruiter to join the HR Department.
Here are the vacancies you will be working on instantly: IT Sales representative, Frontend and Backend developers (React & Node.js), QA specialist. And more to come, to be honest. And at the moment we are looking for candidates from Ukraine, but to work remotely.
We are also planning to describe our recruitment flow and expectations from automation solutions so that we choose and implement ATS asap. Besides, we will come up with recruitment SLAs and work on our “Careers” page on our website.
The usual recruiting setup you will be working with includes recruiter’s interview, hiring manager’s focused interview, test task, reference check, and interview with co-founders. We love the approach of building long-term relationships with the candidates, so we make sure to give feedback to everyone and provide points for development, when possible.
