The opportunity
Lemon.io is a marketplace of verified freelance developers. We help early-stage US startups find the Ukrainian developers who join the team as independent contractors.
Lemon.io team is small and agile, with 30+ team members on board where every crew member has an opportunity to influence big decisions directly.
We are looking for a customer success representative to expand our current business pipeline through cross-sell and upsell activities while maintaining top-notch relations with clients.
At Lemon, you will join a friendly team of like-minded people that are ready to partner with you on our audacious journey in connecting projects with the right teams.
We are looking for someone who:
— Has a track of building strong relationships with people, understands their needs and goals
— Worked in sales/customer support/customer success role for more than two years
— Worked in US/EU markets
— Uses systems to track all customer-related activities and deliverables
