Necessary skills and qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance;
• 2 years of experience in payroll calculation;
• Experience working with large volumes of data (extraction and analysis);
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and excellent expertise in Google Sheets or MS Excel;
• At least basic experience with 1C/BAS, Vchasno, Paperless, and DocuSign
• Good analytical and time-management skills;
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and accuracy in work performance;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with specialists across the company;
• At least pre-intermediate level of English proficiency;

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of taxation specifics within the legal framework of Diia City;
• Understanding and knowledge of payroll calculation and HR record-keeping in compliance with Ukrainian legislation;

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting specialist onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Remuneration and payroll calculation, including data analysis and processing in spreadsheets, as well as preparation of payment instructions to specialists’ accounts;
• Calculations of vacation pay, maternity benefits, sick leave pay, and severance compensation;
• Remuneration and payroll posting and reconciliation in the accounting system;
• Preparation of payroll/remuneration internal reports;
• Participation in the preparation of contracts, supplementary agreements, acceptance acts, reports, and invoices with specialists;
• Control over the accuracy of payroll calculation and payments, identification and resolution of errors, as well as improvement of existing processes and standards in line with business needs and legal requirements;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation regarding employees and gig-specialists;
