Necessary skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Advanced communication skills, including active listening, ability to efficiently communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures and ask the right questions to get the required information
• Ability to drive requirements elicitation and documentation process during the Discovery phase
• Experience with documenting requirements in the form of User Stories, User Story Map, BRD, etc.
• Proficiency in following Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks during Project SDLC and managing requirements through tracing, prioritization, and maintenance process
• Experience with scope change management
• Working with UI/UX designers and prototyping
• Ability to thoroughly process functional and non-functional requirements
• Technical background sufficient for dealing with complex multi-platform projects
• Leadership and proactivity, emotional intellect, ability to work in unstructured environments
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency

Will be a plus:

• Experience with iOT projects
• Professional certification
• Knowledge of German language

Responsibilities:

• Planning Business Analysis approach and governance.
• Requirements elicitation through constant collaboration with external and internal project stakeholders during the Discovery phase and Project SDLC.
• Documenting and presenting requirements in the form of User Stories, User Story Maps, Business Requirement Documents and other suitable project documentation.
• Tracing, maintaining and prioritizing requirements.
• Requirements change management.
• Follow a defined project management framework.
• BAO department documentation base development and maintenance
