Necessary skills and qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a BA
• Advanced communication skills, including active listening, ability to efficiently communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures, asking the right questions to get the information needed
• Experience in:
• Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Requirements elicitation through workshop sessions, document analysis, interviews
• Requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS
• Requirements management: task estimation, prioritization, planning
• Working with UI/UX designers and prototyping
• Functional decomposition skills
• Technical background sufficient for dealing with complex legacy functionality
• Leadership and proactivity, emotional intellect, ability to work in unstructured environments
• At least Upper-intermediate English

Will be a plus

• Experience with SAP
• Experience working with a big project team
• Professional certification
• Knowledge of German

Key responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation through constant collaboration with a client’s stakeholders
• Requirements documentation using User Stories
• Product backlog management
• Knowledge base maintenance
• Close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to validate and confirm requirements
• Being a part of our BA team, onboarding newcomers, maintaining and improving BA processes
