Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development in the custom software development sector
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset;
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken: Upper Intermediate or higher
  • Demonstrated success in growing a solid customer base
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns
  • Ability to identify, refine, and adjust Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) based on market trends
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Will be a bonus

  • Prior experience in a small software services company
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience setting up, leading, and improving business development processes
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, especially in a client-service context.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

  • Setting, refining, and overseeing the business development process
  • Identifying and qualifying leads as potential clients;
  • Conducting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other potential channels
  • Adjusting and refining ICP to target the most potential leads
  • Identifying and exploring new opportunities in the market
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure offerings align with market needs and trends
  • Reporting on the effectiveness and results of business development efforts
