Business Analyst/Product Owner (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for someone who can understand the client’s problems, elaborate on a possible solution, and oversee the development process. The process is constantly driven based on client feedback and ends with guiding the client on how to use the application most effectively.

Our client is a well-known public company with thousands of employees over multiple departments that still considers itself a startup. They rely on monday.com boards everywhere and extensively use automations and integrations to optimize their processes.

LeanyLabs team builds custom monday.com apps for the client when the built-in functionality of the platform isn’t enough. Those vary from backend integrations with external systems, such as Lessonly or Google Calendar, to custom automation that improves client workflows, saving hundreds of hours of manual work.

We also have a queue of applications that have proven to solve problems well for the client, and now they want to publish them to the monday.com apps marketplace. Those apps need some tweaking and improvements to be suitable for the general public.

Requirements
— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
— Excellent communication skills
— Ability to translate client problems into product vision
— Sense of ownership
— Advanced English level

Will be a bonus
— Understanding of the development lifecycle of a typical web application
— Knowledge of prototyping tools (preferably Figma)
— Leadership experience
— Experience in pre-sales

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
— Gather user and business requirements
— Create the initial product documentation for developers
— Track project status, delivery timelines, and resolve additional requests from both the development and stakeholders’ side
— Regular communication with the client
— Help with the setup of applications for final clients, providing necessary guidance
— Address customer questions and change requests
— Redefining scope for existing apps, thus making them easier to use, and suitable for a wider range of clients
— Publishing apps to the marketplace
