We are looking for a Tech Lead experienced in Ruby and React to work with our team of talented developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of 2 developers + QA+ designer
- Take part in user stories decomposing on tasks, estimation, stand up calls, coding, and work distribution between the team members
- Positively provide technical solutions
- Produce good code programming style and review code of a team members
Requirements:
- Experience in a Tech Lead role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages mentioned above
- Hands-on experience in programming
- Experience with SQL and big amount of data
- Familiarity with microservice architecture
- AWS infrastructure (S3, DynamoDB, ECR)
- Advanced English level for communication (verbal & written)
- Good understanding of Agile methodology(Scrum, Kanban)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to see through the eyes of business
