Presently, we’re on the lookout for an HR generalist who embodies open-mindedness, warmth, and diligence.
Should you accept this mission, your role will involve tending to our dynamic team and facilitating our smooth operation and growth.
— Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience.
— Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
— A must: experience in the IT industry.
— Proven track record in team management as well as the ability to work independently.
— Develop and implement HR/Recruitment strategies in alignment with our overall business goals.
— Shape and nurture the HR department, overseeing HRs and recruiters.
— Assume accountability for two key areas: recruitment and HR solutions.
— Establish high, consistent HR standards and streamline HR and recruitment processes.

— Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy in line with the company’s growth and staffing needs.
— Manage team member recruitment, onboarding, and retention: Formulate hiring and talent retention strategies, and conduct performance assessments.
— Foster staff engagement and maintain our corporate values and culture.
— Devise and support strategies for enhancing core competencies.
— Contribute to the automation of HR processes.
