Scrum Master/Project Manager (Contractor) (вакансія неактивна)

We seek an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our team and lead several development teams—two based in Lviv and one in Poland. The ideal candidate will help clients achieve top-notch software development services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development teams and manage team workload.
• Composition, monitoring, and updating Project Plans.
• Ongoing Reporting to the Stakeholders.
• Releases planning and close cooperation with other Scrum Masters.
• Taking ownership and driving issues to resolution.
• Risk Management and Mitigation.
• Communicating proactively with both the customer and the team.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation and artifacts.
• Driving process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
• Prepare reports for customers, including Scrum team updates, sprint progress, and blocking issues.

Technical Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager/ Scrum master in an agile software development environment.
• Strong understanding and experience with Project Plans.
• Experience with Jira (or similar tools).
• Reporting and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Risk Management skills.
• Ability to define and document requirements.
