Looking for your first experience in IT?

Become a student of LaSoft Academy’s free program and get practical experience in IT in just 2 months! This program is for people who have finished a QA course and want to apply their knowledge in real projects.

At LaSoft, you will work in teams on a project, with mentors guiding you. The goal is to build a working demo of a project. The program lasts 1.5 to 2 months.

At the end of the program, the participants will present a demo at the graduation session. The best students may get a job offer to join the LaSoft team.

Program Format: Hybrid (office in Lviv + remote work)

Program Focus: Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Who Can Apply:

• You have strong logical thinking and pay attention to details;
• Your English level is intermediate (B1) or higher;
• You are willing to study 6 to 8 hours a day;
• You understand the basics of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): types, stages, roles, basic ceremonies, and meetings;
• You have a basic understanding of software testing theory: principles, types, levels, approaches, and etc.;
• You understand the stages and tasks of the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC);
• You know basic test design techniques like Equivalence Partitioning (EP), Boundary Value Analysis (BVA), decision table, and state transition;
• You understand the bug life cycle and can report bugs clearly with all the necessary details;
• You are able to write and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans;
• You have basic knowledge of client-server architecture (requests, responses);
• You are familiar with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, and DevTools;
• You have completed a QA engineer course.
