Currently, we are in search of a professional who will take over our recruitment team and will take responsibility for the processes, productivity, and KPIs of the recruitment department.


  • Actively drive business growth from a recruitment perspective
  • Primary focus is on the optimization and performance of the recruitment team and data-driven decisions to support the business
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Act as a consultant for making recruitment staffing decisions, including forecasting
  • Monitor the trends in the market, ensuring we have an up-to-date market data for new clients/opportunities
  • Monitor and report all the steps in the process, its length, and the bottlenecks, and react to address them
  • Monitor the team performance and provide support where necessary


  • Comprehensive understanding of Recruiting process and ability to optimize it where required
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment teams, driving their performance and development progress
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and resource planning process
  • Experience in measuring recruiting performance and metrics including data analysis, pipeline management, trend analysis, market analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of social media and other professional networks (including corporate Linkedin solutions)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A desire to share experiences with the team
  • Upper-Intermediate written & spoken English is a must
