Currently, we are in search of a professional who will develop our recruitment to a higher level combining the roles of a team leader and a senior recruiter.

• Comprehensive understanding of Recruiting process and ability to optimize it where required
• Proven experience in leading recruitment teams, driving their performance and development progress
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and resource planning process
• Experience in measuring recruiting performance and metrics including data analysis, pipeline management, trend analysis, market analysis
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of social media and other professional networks (including corporate Linkedin solutions)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A desire to share the experience with the team
• Upper-Intermediate written & spoken English

• Actively drive business growth from a recruitment perspective
• Primary focus is on the optimization and enhancement of the recruitment process and data-driven decisions to support the business
• Collaborate with business stakeholders
• Act as a consultant for making recruitment staffing decisions, including forecasting
• Monitor the trends on the market, ensuring we have up-to-date market data for new clients/opportunities
• Monitor and report of all the steps in the process, its length, the bottlenecks and reacting to address them
• Monitor the team performance and provide support where necessary
