Requirements:
• Advanced verbal English
• At least 1 years of experience in customer-facing Help Desk Support, experience in providing customer-centric support
• Self-management/organizational skills, goal & outcome oriented
• Comfortable with Linux command line
• Comfortable with networking
• SQL, TCP/IP, bash shell
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Your regular weekly schedule will be Monday to Friday UK hours (8am — 4pm UK).
