Langate is an award-winning provider of web development services in 3 main categories: business, healthcare, and education. At Langate, we’re passionate about crafting digital solutions that make a real impact. We take immense pride in our strong collaboration with the U.S. We’re here to shape the future of technology, one milestone at a time.

In addition to technical expertise, we value excellent communication skills. Collaboration and effective teamwork are the cornerstones of our success, and we believe in fostering an environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for an HR professional with 4–5+ years of experience, ideally in IT outsourcing or outstaffing environments. You should have hands-on experience across multiple HR domains — including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, retention, corporate culture, and L&D initiatives — and be comfortable working independently while driving meaningful HR projects end-to-end.

About the role:

We are looking for a Middle / Middle+ HR Manager with experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing, who is truly interested in people development, corporate culture, and L&D.

In this role, you will support and improve key HR processes for teams of 60–80 people: onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention. A big part of the role is working with learning & development initiatives, strengthening corporate culture, and supporting leaders in people-related topics.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, feels confident in day-to-day HR operations, and wants to take ownership of HR initiatives and gradually improve existing processes. We are looking for a proactive HR professional who loves working with people, is curious about development and learning, and wants to help create a healthy, supportive environment for growth.

Requirements:

  • 4–5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in IT outsourcing / outstaffing environments;
  • Hands-on experience working with established HR processes and frameworks, with the ability to adapt and implement them in real business conditions;
  • Practical experience in Learning & Development (supporting or rolling out training programs, learning initiatives, internal academies, or frameworks);
  • Experience in employee engagement and retention, including working in environments with low stakeholder involvement or resistance;
  • Understanding of corporate culture work in practice (not theory-only);
  • Ability to work calmly with ambiguity, prioritize, and move initiatives forward step by step;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail;
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously without micro-management;
  • Intermediate or higher English level (B1+);
  • Strong communication skills and business writing;
  • Advanced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, and the ability to learn additional tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage core HR processes for teams of 60–80 employees together with the HR team (onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles);
  • Adapt and roll out existing HR frameworks and learning programs (including organization-level learning frameworks and basic corporate training currently in pilot phase);
  • Support Learning & Development initiatives in close collaboration with HRD (coordination, implementation, communication, feedback collection);
  • Customize and implement HR documentation, policies, and internal programs;
  • Gradually develop and support corporate culture initiatives, working pragmatically with stakeholders and existing constraints;
  • Build and support employee engagement and retention activities, aligned with corporate values and business priorities;
  • Act as a people partner for managers, supporting day-to-day HR and people-related topics;
  • Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee data;
  • Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experience.

We offer:

  • Mentorship and professional guidance from an experienced HRD, with continuous support and feedback;
  • Access to a large HR learning library covering a wide range of HR domains (L&D, performance, engagement, corporate culture, leadership, HR operations, and more);
  • Competitive compensation, based on your experience and impact;
  • Contract-based B2B cooperation with transparent and predictable terms;
  • 20 working days of paid vacation and 7 working days of paid sick leave;
  • Medical health insurance;
  • Free English lessons;
  • Paid courses, certifications, and professional workshops;
  • Coach/psychologist consultations to support mental well-being;
  • Flexible work schedule;
  • Official Ukrainian public holidays as non-working days;
  • A clear career development plan with opportunities to grow and expand your HR expertise.

Team: HRD, 1 Senior HR manager, 1 Senior Recruiter, 1 Middle recruiter, 1 PR/Event manager.

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule. No late meetings and overtime.

Hiring process: Screening+ HR interview +HRD interview

Why Choose Us? What Do We Offer that’s Exceptional?

This role offers a rare opportunity to become a truly strong HR Generalist. You will work across all key HR areas, not just one or two isolated processes.

Here, you will gain a rare, end-to-end view of HR in action. You’ll see how all processes connect, understand the challenges that shape decisions, and experience firsthand how real constraints influence outcomes. This role lets you engage with every aspect of HR, building expertise across operations, culture, L&D, and people strategy — the kind of comprehensive experience that makes HR professionals highly valuable and uniquely positioned in the market.

If you are curious, growth-oriented, and want to deeply understand how HR actually works in practice, not just in theory, this role will give you that foundation — and much more.

Challenges of the Role

· Corporate culture is still evolving. Many initiatives are at an early stage, and stakeholder involvement may vary due to limited time and business priorities. This role requires a pragmatic, step-by-step approach rather than quick, large-scale transformations.

· Learning frameworks and corporate training programs are already defined at the organizational level and are currently in the first pilot phase. The challenge is to support rollout, adaptation, and continuous improvement, not to build everything from scratch.

· Multiple priorities and parallel initiatives. You will work with several HR streams at once, balancing operational tasks with engagement and L&D activities.

· Working in a distributed HR setup. The role involves close collaboration with the HRD, another HR Generalist, and Recruiters, requiring clear communication and coordination.

· Change through influence, not authority. Success in this role depends on the ability to work with resistance, negotiate priorities, and build trust with managers over time.
