We are seeking a talented and dedicated PR manager to develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
A person who has the ability to think creatively and propose innovative approaches to PR strategies, focus on the result and can describe yourself with the term "problem solver.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week).
Requirements:
- Experience in writing interesting and informative articles, promotional materials, news portals, and press releases.
- Expertise conducted online/offline events, formation of their budget.
- Skills in working with various social networks and content development tools.
- Experience with Canva or Figma and video editors.
- Ability to organize and plan press conferences, image events, workshops, lectures, and preparation for the company’s Strategic Sessions and business trips.
- Experience in improving employer branding and corporate culture.
- Experience with corporate branded products for employees and working with suppliers
- Level of English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and conducting online/offline events, holidays (team buildings, activities workshops, lectures)
- Assistance in finding and sending gifts to company employees.
- Involving employees to conduct workshops and training lectures within the company, drawing up a plan and schedule, writing announced posts, search for speakers.
- Assistance in preparing for the company’s Strategic Sessions/Business trips.
- Maintaining a company news portal, and creating content for social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Create engaging and insightful articles and posts that showcase our organization’s activities and achievements.
- Searching and working with suppliers, placing orders for gifts and corporate merch for employees.
- Auditing and development of the HR company brand.
- Work on creating an internal company website.
