As a Delivery Manager at Langate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to our clients. You will lead a team of talented professionals, oversee project execution, and maintain strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers, analysts, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with project deliverables.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, balancing workload and skill sets among team members.
• Risk Management: Identify and proactively address project risks, finding solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project performance and ensure quality deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, expectations, and issues to stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance project management processes, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer sciences, or equivalent work experience. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in project and delivery management, with a proven track record of successful project completions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
