We are looking to join the client’s team, a young startup. The service is aimed at the US market and is built around a map-based platform with two roles: consumer and vendor. Users start as consumers and can see vendors on the map offering various services—plumbers, electricians, hairdressers, or seasonal tasks like snow removal. The app’s main goal is to simplify the connection between consumers and service providers.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (C1) (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience managing social media accounts or online communities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging and relevant content.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (social media, content management, or copywriting).
- Write and publish posts across social media channels and community groups.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- Engage with relevant online communities to grow awareness and visibility.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content to increase engagement.
