Support Engineer
Requirements:
— 1 year of experience in the Support Engineer position;
— Experience working with Salesforce;
— HTTP and REST APIs (postman is one tool for this work)
— SQL
— Log reading
— Intermediate English level.
Responsibilities:
— Working with customer’s requirements and their business processes;
— Do basic platform / bug analysis;
— Lead API data from our product.
