• 50% Split between hands-on programming and leadership tasks
• Making the specification and naming the feature accurately. Providing user experience test specification as proof of functionality
• Daily scrum update for team and for mirror team
• Team review of software developed at sprint end to observe the test specification success/failure
• Review of the technical work expected to be worked on in the next month across all projects communicated to the team
• Review and course correct on people and process on both sides. Honest appraisal of the working practices with directors and opposite number
