As the EdTech market explosion continues, it’s no surprise that our team is growing as well, so we are looking for a Tech Support Manager. In this role a person will hold up the educational process and help our lectures, producers and content-producers to solve any tech problem.

Your future responsibilities:

• Extract lesson recordings from Zoom, edit the video, and upload to cloud; add to Google Classroom (GC)
• Create Zoom links for lessons
• Make tech tests in Zoom and in WebinarJam with our lecturers
• Manage Zoom licenses
• Create WebinarJam links
• Edit demo videos
• Test new Zoom features after updates
• Set up lessons and conferences in YouTube

What we expect from you:

• B1 level of written and spoken English
• Technical skills in video editing and cloud storage management
• Experience with Zoom, WebinarJam, and YouTube
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
