We are looking for a CRM Manager / Retention manager who will be building strategies and tactics to retain our customers, interact with them, create a plan and schedule for mailings and activities, and use mechanics that will bring our customers back.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting an retention marketing strategy and tactic for payers portfolio;
- Execute retention strategy
- Email marketing;
- Working with the database: replenishment, segmentation, build CRM workflow;
- Optimization of email marketing based on the results obtained, looking for new ways to retain and engage users;
- Own the Live Operations planning, clearly defining and setting up the in-product actions and promotions through the required tools
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the promotions and event strategy;
- Define the communication strategy;
- Analyze, report and continuously aim to improve all in-product actions against targets;
- Benchmark and analyze CRM and Live ops best practices in the industry;
- Interaction with other departments for joint campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ previous experience as CRM/Retention manager/LiveOps;
- Understanding the mechanics of retention and return of users on the product;
- Deep understanding of user segmentation and need of users in the segments;
- Working with analytics(internal CRM analytics and external from product analyst);
- Knowledge of email marketing, experience with sms and web pushes;
- Understanding the main criteria for the effectiveness of email marketing;
- Understanding retention metrics such as LTV, LT, CR, etc;
- Creativity, independence, responsibility and the ability to work for the result;
- Lively interest and knowledge of trends and technologies of Internet marketing in general and email marketing in particular;
- Previous experience with Customer.io is great plus;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Basic knowledge of HTML;
- Competent written Ukrainian, Russian and English.
