We are looking for a Lawyer who’ll be responsible to research international legislation, support of documentation. Also, on this position a lot of collaboration with internal departments and partners. It would be a perfect match to work with a person who attentive to details and likes to upgrade existing processes, and have communication skills (English would be huge plus).
About the product: multilingual analytical product in the field of entertainment, focused on the countries of Scandinavia (Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland) with an audience of about 15 thousand users.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of legislation of various EU jurisdictions covering data protection, AML, KYC, licensing matters etc
- Supporting of the NPEs documents
- Researching and analyzing potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations
- Dealing with KYC matters related to PSP/bank accounts opening, companies registration, clients onboarding etc.
- Implementing legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, contractual relations, etc.)
- Drafting and revising commercial contracts, questionnaires, applications, complaints, forms, letters, powers of attorney, internal policies and regulations, and other legal documents
- Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company
- Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions
Requirements:
- Higher degree in Law
- Previous experience as a Lawyer
- 1+ years of experience in international company / law firm / IT company
- Knowledge of English (written, spoken)
- Ukrainian/Russian — fluent (native)
