We are looking for Manual QA Engineer. Our future colleague has good communication skills to build a partnership with teammates. It’s important to be flexible and ready to work in a fast-growing and changeable environment.
You’ll work with the development team, designer, product manager. During onboarding, you’ll collaborate with an experienced QA Engineer.
The product: financial web app for car sharing. On this role you’ll take part in developing the new product, it’s a great chance to grow as a professional within a team of pro’s implementing your own ideas and solutions.

Main responsibilities:
— Identifying project test items and features to be tested and not to be tested
— Creating Test Plan
— Breaking down user-stories into QA-tasks
— Prepare Test Cases and/or Scenarios using common Test Design techniques (e.g., state transition, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning), Test Design guidelines in accordance with requirements and based on the defined scope for Test Design
— Performing reporting and tracking of defects/issues using a defined procedure and workflow
— Performing testing without predefined Test Cases/Scenarios/Checklists (ad hoc, exploratory)
— Performing/Executing testing based on predefined Test Cases and/or Scenarios, Checklists
— Collecting all testing deliverables for Test Report (such as Defect Reports, results of testing, etc.)
— Developing/improving existing QA metrics which reflect product quality
— Researching project areas that can be improved and suggest improvements from QA perspective

Requirements:
— 0,5+ years of commercial experience
— Basic SQL knowledge
— Testing theory fundamentals
— Basic Postman knowledge
— Basic REST understanding
— Understanding of CI/CD AWS
— Expert knowledge of SDLS and bug life cycle
— Understanding of bug tracking tools (Jira, Zephyr)
— Understanding of version control systems (we use Bitbucket, Git-based source)
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Stages of hiring: 1) interview with Recruiter (about 30 minutes online call); 2) technical interview (about 1 hour); 3) final interview with HR and Product manager (about 1 hour).
