About the role: for our internal projects we are looking for UI/UX Designer who is ready to work in the team with stable processes and unbound perspective for growing.
— responsible for design of sites;
— optimizing components for maximum performance;
— develop a flexible and well-structured interface design;
— work with marketing team.
— at least 3 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role;
— perfect UI design portfolio;
— good knowledge of Figma, Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator;
— knowledge of Material Design principles and Human Interface Guidelines;
— experience with HTML5 & CSS3;
— knowledge of the basics of usability;
— ability to create interactive prototypes (any program of your choice);
— ability to discuss and explain design options;
— detail oriented, critical thinker and excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
— problem solver and customer-centered;
— skills in testing your design solutions (Interview, usability testing, a/b testing);
— desire to understand the client’s business goals and objectives.
